My day shift RT Ray really knows his business. You don’t have to just take it from me, you can ask any of the other residents he treats that have Tracheotomy or that one on vents.
Ray has a bedside manner that is beyond compare. When he is treating you- you can hear in his voice and see in his eyes how very much he cares.

Ray has this way about him that when you are in a crisis, he quickly makes you feel calm and safe. I don’t know what I’m gonna do when Ray goes backpacking across Europe for twelve days.
